Simple, Effective Exfoliation, Extraction and Deep Skin Hydration

In a simultaneous process, dead skin cells are exfoliated and impurities are extracted while the healthy underlying skin is bathed with specifically developed active serums that cleanse deeply, exfoliate thoroughly, hydrate completely and provide residual antioxidant protection. Price Changes for 2009

Due to increased costs associated with a number of different products and treatments charged by our suppliers, (mainly due to the fall of Sterling against other currencies), we will be making small increases to all of our prices from July 1^st 2009.

Be Vain about Unsightly Thread Veins!

Anyone can suffer from thread veins and they are extremely common in the UK population. Although the exact cause is often unknown, they are due to either hereditary or acquired factors, such as those caused by environmental, lifestyle or hormonal influences including smoking, alcohol consumption, temperature and climate exposure, weight gain and pregnancy. They can appear on any part of the body, although mainly arise on the legs and face, with common facial areas including around the nose and across the cheeks.
 
Although harmless, they can cause distress and embarrassment to the sufferer who often feels self-conscious, particularly if the veins are on the face where people can see them, as they worry that they appear unsightly and perhaps age them beyond their years.
 
Additionally there is a common skin condition amongst middle aged women, (those aged 30 – 50 years), which causes facial redness and thread veins to appear; this is called rosacea. It is said to affect up to 1 in 10 women in the UK population, with fair skinned individuals and those who blush easily more likely to suffer from it.
 
A Simple, Effective Treatment for Thread Veins

Laser and Intense Pulsed Light systems use carefully controlled flashes of light to selectively heat up and damage certain structures within the skin. This energy heats up the thread veins causing damage to the cells in the veins resulting in a gradual shrinkage of the vessel and reduction in the visible appearance in the skin over a period of a few weeks.
