Your Safety

To ensure our clinic is a safe environment, we are closely following all government guidelines along with advice from the Aesthetics industry & professional bodies. We are a doctor-led practice and our priority is the safety of both our staff and patients.

How we are protecting you

Since re-opening in July we continue to examine all our processes and procedures to ensure that we have identified any potential areas of concern. Therefore we have worked closely as a team to identify any areas of the business that may require any additional or specialized training and this has been implemented.

Our Staff:
  • All staff have been trained in the new hygiene standards and procedures. Practitioners have had their masks face fitted to ensure they have correct coverage and protection. All staff have been trained in the correct use of PPE for both themselves and their patients.
  • Our team will be routinely disinfecting their hands before and after each consultation or treatment and are using PPE where appropriate.
  • Our staff’s health is being monitored so we can ensure that anyone you meet during your visit is also closely adhering to the Covid-19 guidelines.
  • We continue to have staff working opposite hours and some are working from home where this is possible to limit the number of people in our building.
Patients:
  • We have encouraged our patients to have virtual video or telephone consultations with both our clinical staff and our aesthetic practitioners in advance of coming to the clinic for any treatments.
  • All patients are called prior to any clinic appointments and undergo a health screening check.
  • On arrival at the clinic, patients will have a non-invasive temperature check and further reviewed to ensure nothing has changed since they were screened.
  • All appointment times have been extended to reduce the number of people attending the clinic at any one time to comply with the correct social distancing – this also allows time for additional cleaning of the rooms between patients.
  • Before entering the clinic, patients are provided with hand sanitisation and face masks if they do not have their own. Hand sanitisation is also available to use within the clinic at any point during their visit, these are located at the reception desk and throughout the facility.
  • We have the NHS QR Code for Track & Trace available for patients to scan prior to entering the clinic.
