Coronavirus Information

To all our valued patients and friends of MediZen,

Annie and I have taken the difficult decision to stop all face to face consultations and treatments at MediZen, effective immediately. This is in response not only to Government legislation ordering the closing of all non-essential services, but also to ensure the health and safety of staff and patients, and those they may come into contact with.

This legislation also covers hair and beauty salons and nail bars. Other cosmetic clinics have taken the same decision, and it is only right that we do the same.

Being confined to your home on Government orders is not something any of us ever expected to see, and most of us will feel unnerved and unsettled. Looking on the positive side, many families will rediscover the fun to be had in doing things together - playing board and parlour games, watching movies, or maybe just talking. This is also the perfect time to focus on yourself, maybe reading a book or two, perhaps learning a new language, and giving yourself a treat by reviewing and improving your skin and nutritional health.

We will continue to offer and expand our online and telephone consultations, in order that ongoing skincare can be maintained and improved, and you will still be able to order your favourite products and have them delivered direct to your door. Our phone lines will be closed so you can organise this by emailing and one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

All clients with ongoing payment packages will be entitled to a 10% discount on all skincare ordered via email, and all future package treatments will be honoured, with a £50 credit voucher to be spent on skincare products when MediZen returns to normal opening.

Annie and I appreciate that this is not good news for our loyal clients, but we do need to take steps to protect staff and patients from harm, and to preserve the business, so when all this is over, we have a robust platform from which to relaunch our full services.

We would like to thank you all for your understanding, loyalty and dedication in making MediZen what it has become, and we look forward to seeing you face to face again when the good times return.

In the meantime, stay safe, keep well, and look after one another.
