Shelly has worked in the customer service industry for over 30 years in a variety of area’s and has always enjoyed meeting new people and providing clients with the best possible experience and service.

Shelly says, ‘With also being a customer myself at MediZen for many years, I have always admired the team’s work ethic and professionalism and I am now so proud to be apart of it myself.’

The role of Patient Co-Ordinator is to ensure the journey patients experience with MediZen is smooth, relaxing and pleasant.

Outside of ensuring all our patients enjoy their experience with us, Shelly loves eating out with a lovely glass of red wine to hand, visiting as many new places as possible, particularly exploring new cities, and generally just enjoying life!!
