Keeley joins the MediZen front of house team bringing with her a wealth of customer service experience, having developed strong patient-facing skills across a number of previous roles. Keeley is currently working towards her Level 3 in Customer Service and is eager to continue growing her expertise within the service sector.

As part of our reception team, Keeley is often one of the first faces you’ll see when you visit the clinic or speak to us over the phone. She is on hand to assist with any queries, appointment bookings and everything in between, always ensuring our patients receive a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they get in touch.

Outside of MediZen, Keeley is a passionate football fan who can regularly be found at matches cheering on her team. When she’s not at a game, she loves spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as attending concerts and festivals throughout the year.
