Who is Profhilo for?

What is Profhilo?
Profhilo is made almost entirely from hyaluronic acid, the same water-loving molecule your skin uses to hold onto moisture. What sets it apart is how it behaves once it is under the surface. A filler stays put to hold a shape. Profhilo is far runnier, so it disperses across roughly a 2cm radius from each injection point. It floods the tissue with hydration, then reacts with your own cells. As a result, it prompts the production of four different types of collagen and elastin. Ask most people where age shows first and they will point at lines. Look closely and it is often volume, or rather the loss of it, that gives the game away. From our mid-thirties the deep pads of fat that support the midface begin to shrink and slip. This leaves cheeks looking flatter and the area beneath the eyes looking hollow. Profhilo Structura was designed for exactly this.
Structura is the regenerative sibling of classic Profhilo, working deeper in the subcutaneous fat layer of the face. There it helps restore and reposition that superficial fat toward where it used to sit. The effect is a softer, better-supported midface, with pronounced hollows and sunken contours gently lifted rather than filled. Because it is built on hyaluronic acid, it also hydrates and improves the quality of the overlying skin. This is what regular Profhilo does too. For now it is used on the face alone.
