The main difference between HRT and BHRT is that Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy is personalised and bespoke to each patient based on their individual hormone levels. It also allows your doctor to adjust the doses and hormones to suit your specific individual needs, whereas HRT comes in standard doses.
