We recommend 3 capsules with food and water twice daily (total of 6 capsules per day). However you can take all 6 together if you wish, or split into 2, 2 and 2 throughout the day.
Nuchido TIME+ can be taken alongside other dietary supplements. However, we do not recommend that patients take supplements that contain the same ingredients as Nuchido TIME+ to avoid exceeding recommended daily limits.
