with truSculpt
truBody is a bespoke treatment that reduces fat while rebuilding muscle. By combining truSculpt and truFlex, the truBody treatment is formed. We offer both treatments at MediZen in Birmingham to maximise results and help you achieve your goals faster.
Your first treatment to reduce fat and jump-start your muscle definition (truSculpt iD) and will take around 15 minutes. This will then be followed by muscle-sculpting treatments (truSculpt Flex) which take 15 minutes each. You will have 4 or 6 of these as well as a top-up session after 1 month. A final 15 minute truSculpt iD treatment after 12 weeks will finish your plan.
Your first treatment will start with 15 minutes of fat reduction that is typically described as feeling like an intense warmth, like a hot stone massage. During this part of the treatment, the temperature of your skin will rise and feel warm but remain comfortable. The second 15 minutes of your first treatment and subsequent treatments are muscle-sculpting, during which you will feel a gentle contraction sensation as the treatment begins with the intensity and muscle contraction slowly increasing over time but staying comfortable.
Results can often be seen after just one treatment but maximum results are seen after 12 weeks.
truBody is a program combining two complementary devices together to create the most desired, customised result. Therefore we offer truBody at a package price.

Most treatments are completed within 15 minutes. However, this depends on the size and number of areas you’re targeting. Your practitioner will provide a more accurate estimate during your consultation.
For optimally effective results, we recommend two treatments, 12 weeks apart. However, you may find that additional top-ups are required to achieve your desired results.
The truSculpt treatment feels similar to a hot stone massage. So your skin will feel warm and rise in temperature but remain comfortable. The truFlex treatment incurs gentle contractions that slowly increase in intensity throughout the treatment but do not become uncomfortable. The contractions occur because truFlex targets your muscles directly rather than visceral fat.
Post-procedure, the treatment area will be warm and flushed for less than one hour. While you may experience mild sensitivity to the touch for a few days, you’ll be able to immediately return to normal activities and exercise.
Results can be seen within the first few weeks however maximum results will be seen 12 weeks after each treatment.
