After Booking: What to Expect

    • Once booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all your appointment details and general clinic information, including location, parking, and our cancellation policy.
    • Within the confirmation email, you’ll find a link to complete a medical history form, which is required before your first visit to ensure treatments are safe and suitable for you.
    • You will receive a reminder email and text ahead of your appointment. You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment time.

Preparing for Your Appointment

    • We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time to park and find the clinic.
    • Please attend your first appointment with no makeup on so your practitioner can properly assess your skin.
    • When you arrive, our waiting room is on the first floor. One of our friendly receptionists will check you in and answer any questions.
    • Help yourself to water while you wait—our team will offer you tea or coffee if you arrive with time to spare.
    • While waiting, feel free to browse our brochures, leaflets, or watch the TV to learn more about our treatments.

Your Consultation or Treatment Experience

    • Your practitioner will greet you in reception and take you to a consultation or treatment room.
    • If you’re attending a consultation, they will ask questions to understand your goals, assess your skin, and create a personalised treatment and skincare plan.
    • The plan will include recommended treatments, their frequency, pricing, and any pre- or post-care requirements. Laser consultations include a patch test.
    • You can purchase any recommended skincare to take home right away.
    • After your consultation, your practitioner will book your first treatment and email your treatment plan. They’ll also provide their direct contact number in case you have any questions.

After Your Treatment

    • For treatments, the process is similar—you’ll be taken into the room and asked to get comfortable. Let your practitioner know if anything can be done to enhance your comfort.
    • After treatment, your practitioner will go over aftercare instructions, then you’ll return to reception to make payment and book your next appointment or review.
    • Practitioners will follow up within 24–48 hours to ensure everything is okay. You’re welcome to reach out with any concerns.
    • For medical emergencies following treatment, we also have an out-of-hours emergency contact number.
